Message From Australian Human Resources

On behalf of the Australian Human Resources Institute and its 25,000 stakeholders, I would like to offer our congratulations to the Fiji Human Resources Institute (FHRI) on its inaugration.

AHRI is pleased to work closely with FHRI in its establishment period and in the long term to build a strong and mutually beneficial relationship. It is an exciting time to be a part of HR and people management profession and we look forward to assisting FHRI, on behalf of its member base, to build the profile of HR in the Fijian Business and wider community.

As part of AHRI’s initial arrangement with FHRI, all individual FHRI members will become Affiliate members of AHRI and will have access to a range of exclusive member benefits including the Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources in addition to ‘member – only’ access to the AHRI website. Opportunities for further collaboration will be explored over time.

In the present climate of fast moving economic, political, social and educational change it is important that human resources and people management professionals take every step to remain in touch with developments in the HR field. By becoming a FHRI member, individuals are not only investing in their career, they are also investing in the continued development of the HR profession and the broader business community in Fiji.
