Innovation will be an important aspect of work for human resource professionals moving forward, says outgoing New Zealand High Commissioner to Fiji Jonathan Curr.

While speaking at the opening of the BSP Life 2021 Fiji Human Resources Institute Convention at the Sofitel Resort and Spa, Mr Curr encouraged the HR officers to be part of their companies development as it recovers from the COVID19 pandemic.

“I think one of the important things that businesses will do for the future is adapt and innovate in trying to get back what has been lost during the pandemic,” he said.

The theme of the two day event is “Workforce Transformation: Step Up and Be Business Focused”.
